Scope of Service:
Services under this contract are strictly limited to social companionship, conversation, and event attendance. Any external or subsequent interactions between the client and provider are entirely outside the scope of this agreement and occur solely by mutual personal consent.
Code of Conduct:
Clients must treat the companion with respect. Any form of harassment, verbal abuse, or inappropriate behavior results in immediate termination of the booking without a refund.
Payment and Fees:
All booking fees must be settled prior to the commencement of the assignment. Tips and gratuities are at the client's discretion and are not mandatory.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total booking cost.
Privacy and Discretion:
Both parties agree to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding the details of the booking, personal identities, and any information shared during the assignment.
